Fred is the lead pastor of Mountain View Community Church in Fresno, CA where he directs the vision, preaching, and equipping of men and women for ministry. Mountain View has three campuses, including a Spanish-speaking congregation, and is also very active in church planting locally, nationally, and globally. Fred has a DMin from Fuller and an MDiv from MBBS. Fred is married to Esther and they have four children: Stephanie, Joel, Josiah, and Roxanna, who is married to Tony with a granddaughter Charlotte.
